1960
Tom Boden Store Fixtures became incorporated. A building addition of 11,040 square feet was made plus a loading dock and ramp to the second floor.
1961–1969
The company continued fast growth trying to keep up with customer demand. Three major plant expansions brought the square footage to 32,000. Bill Boden left the company to pursue a separate endeavor.
1970–1979
Continued growth prevailed. Sales reached the $3 million level. Additional plant expansions were made. Number of employees grew to 57. Frank Zell and Don Blair became shareholders.
