Sales hit an all time high of 18 million, with orders shipped to 23 stores. Board of directors was expanded to five members, and number of shareholders increased to nine.
1995
Sales of $19 million, with record highs of industry sales, due to partnerships formed with major food service clients. Secured equipment for new work cell manufacturing system.
1996
We celebrated 50 years of success! Completed expansion plans for additional 30,000 square feet of facilities to house the new work cell, which became operational mid-year. Began implementation of new software systems and technologies for manufacturing and financial information flows.
1997
Continued purchase and implementations of new technologies including Visual Manufacturing and Financial software, Schelling computer saw, and CNC optimization software. Frank Zell retired after 28 years of service, many of those years as a director and shareholder. Consolidated drafting, design and CNC programming departments to increase efficiencies and utilize technologies. Jim Clift retires from full time employment at year end after 25 years of service, but remains a consultant for the CNC work cell manufacturing system. Developed comprehensive marketing plan with participation from sales, production, drafting, and administration to clarify objectives for increasing industry business while maintaining existing customer base.
