Our free mending service
We believe clothes should last a lifetime. That’s why everything we make comes with a 365-day quality guarantee. In the unlikely event that something does fall short, we invite you to use our Care: Repair: Rewear service. All you need to do is print the PDF form, fill it out and pop it in with the packaging. Then send us your faulty item so that our in-house repair team can work their magic. Once they’re satisfied that your item is as good as new they’ll return it to you. We offer this as a free service for items that fall within the guarantee* period, but charge a modest repair fee for Boden products that are more than a year old.
