How does ‘Click and Collect’ work?
Once you are ready, click on ‘Checkout now’ and fill in your shipping information. Then click on ‘Continue to shipping’ to select your shipping method - choose ‘Click and Collect’ to see a list of nearby locations which you can select as your pickup point.
The details:
- Orders will arrive the next day, if ordered by 7pm, Sunday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- Any orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.
- Next day service cannot be guaranteed in certain areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
- ‘Click & Collect’ is currently unavailable for orders using Apple Pay, Shop Pay, orders containing pre-order items and for destinations in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly.
Collecting from Evri parcelshops, Waitrose stores and Boden locations
Please collect your parcel within the timescales shown below. After that your parcel will be returned to Boden:
- EVRi ParcelShop - 10 days
- Boden locations - 10 days
- Waitrose - 7 days
You will need:
- Your order number
- One of the following proofs of ID:
- Credit or debit card
- Driving licence
- Valid passport
